About us Hudson Dermatology is a multi-office dermatology practice looking to add to its centeralized billing team in Fishkill, NY. We are professional, customer-centric and fast-paced. Our team is seeking an experienced Medical Biller to join our friendly and supportive team. As a billing specialist, you will support the team and assist with billing-focused patient communication, interfacing with insurance companies, as well as billing communications with other third parties. A successful candidate for this position will be responsible for reviewing patient files and billing appropriate parties for services rendered. Modernizing Medicine or simular EMR experience is required. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization and expand your knowledge and skills in the medical field.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with insurance companies. Communicate with patients. Research insurance claims policy (i.e. Medicare). Many other daily billing department tasks.

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
