Duties Prepare, review, and process medical billing in accordance with established procedures Claims submission Payment posting AR follow up Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation related to medical claims Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information at all times Collaborate with healthcare professionals to verify information and resolve discrepancies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification , CPC or certificate in medical billing are a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of healthcare documentation standards and confidentiality requirements preferred Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite. EPIC, ECW and Medent a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Prior experience in medical billing mandatory
