Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations
Greet and assist visitors, patients and employees
Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Supervise staff and provide guidance as needed
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Assist with medical billing ```Skills```
Front desk experience in a professional setting
Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of phone systems and proper phone etiquette
Experience in supervising or managing a team
Familiarity with medical office management is a plus As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
