DESCRIPTION

\nProvides assistance to the Circuit by monitoring postage and posting mail; tracks incoming and outgoing mail; maintains vehicle log, receives and process invoices and works with the state procurement system WORKS, takes meeting minutes, organizing meeting documentation. Notify and follow up with building maintenance when problems arise.

JOB DESCRIPTION

\nMaintain vehicle log, paying invoices, monitoring postage and posting mail, notifying and following up with building maintenance when problems arise.\nAssist with Public Records Requests, assign to proper unit, assist with retrieving closed files, detract personal information before uploading. Assisting with uploading closed files before shredding.\nProcess Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) ID cards, ordering and collecting bus passes, and prepares intern packets.\nAccess Juvenile Justice Information System (JJIS) as needed to provide to the Juvenile Probation Officer Supervisor.

Chief Probation Officer and required staff.\nCompletes special assignments, research, and prepare reports.\nMaintains inventory and ensures annual reports are submitted on time.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

\nKnowledge of the methods of data collection, and the principles and techniques of effective communication.\nKnowledge of word and excel.\nAbility to collect, evaluate and analyze data relating to administrative functions such as accounting, purchasing or report writing.\nAbility to prepare correspondence and reports, understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures and utilize problem-solving techniques.\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

\nAdministrative office functions experience.\nA valid driver's license.
