Job Title:

License and Title (L&T) Clerk

Location:

Niles, IL Schedule:

Monday-Friday; 8:30AM-5:00PM

Pay:

$22-$24/HR - BOEResponsibilitiesProcess documents for state registration, follow the proper paperwork and ensure that tax and title documents are also completedProcess all payoffs, registrations for new and pre-owned vehicles, all license plate issuing and transfers and obtain all dealer titlesCheck for completeness and signatures on all required forms and check for accuracy of vehicle sale and purchase pricesPrepare title work for sold vehicles and submit them to DMVRunning & maintaining schedules on a weekly basisTitle inventory Process and bill Dealer Trades and Wholesale Vehicles Company BenefitsCompetitive PTO Policy Medical Insurance Options + FREE TelaHealthDental, Vision & Life Insurance Options Short Term & Long Term Disability401KAutomotive Service & Sales Discounts Opportunities for AdvancementQualificationsMust have License and Title experienceMust be comfortable processing out of state titles and have a process confirming registrationMust know CVR Highly organizedComfortable working individually and/or on a teamComputer literacyExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to multitaskAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
