Full Time Work Schedule:

Dealership Hours are 8:00 am-7:00 pm- Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am-6:00 pm Fridays. Saturdays from 9:00 am- 3:00 pm. Position is scheduled 40 hours per week.

Scope of departmental work:

Office Duties Compensation:

$16-19 per hour

Responsibilities:

Post and process all paperwork associated with the purchase and sale of new and used vehicles
Verify that all documents are signed and completed properly
Review and ensure accuracy of all incentives, rebates, commissions, and sales tax in the car deal
Process all payoffs on trades and warranties in a timely manner
Backfill Cashiering duties as needed
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with other staff and management
Other duties as assigned
