Assistant Manager - Affordable Housing Palladium Venus Venus, TX 76084 Palladium Simpson Stuart is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team! We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused professional with a strong background in affordable housing and compliance. Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of Assistant Manager experience in affordable housing. Experience with LIHTC (Tax Credit) communities required. Strong knowledge of annual and interim recertifications. Experience processing move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and resident files. Ability to maintain compliance with affordable housing regulations and ensure files are audit-ready. Experience with rent collections, posting payments, delinquency management, and resident communications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software (OneSite or similar preferred). Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Positive attitude, dependable, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Property Manager with the daily operations of the community. Complete certifications and recertifications accurately and on time. Maintain resident files and ensure compliance with affordable housing requirements. Assist with leasing, resident retention, occupancy goals, and collections. Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents. Support the management team in achieving operational and financial objectives. Work collaboratively with the maintenance team and other staff to ensure the community is well maintained.
