This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, is highly organized, communicates well, and takes initiative. We are especially interested in retirees, stay-at-home parents, or experienced professionals looking to re-enter the workforce in a meaningful and rewarding role.

Responsibilities Include:

Responding to client emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner Scheduling and coordinating client appointments Assisting clients with preparation for family court navigation and mediation services Maintaining and organizing client records and schedules Making outreach and cold calls to build professional referral and networking relationships Developing relationships with attorneys, mediators, community organizations, and other professionals Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming experience for clients Assisting with general administrative and operational duties as needed

Compensation:

This position offers hourly pay plus the opportunity to earn commission based on a percentage of the company's primary services. The commission component provides an opportunity for motivated individuals to increase their earnings through client engagement, service referrals, and business development.
