In this vital role, you will support the daily operations of the office, oversee administrative functions, and assist in managing team activities to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help foster a productive environment, enhance client communication, and streamline office processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about office management, with a focus on teamwork, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and overseeing daily administrative tasks Supervise administrative staff and provide training & development to ensure high performance and professional growth Handle vendor management by negotiating contracts, processing invoices through accounting software like QuickBooks, and maintaining positive vendor relationships Oversee bookkeeping, budgeting, payroll processing, and financial recordkeeping to ensure accuracy and confidentiality Plan and execute company events, meetings, and team-building activities to promote a positive workplace culture Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, phone etiquette, and client communication with professionalism Maintain organized filing systems, manage confidential information securely, and ensure compliance with company policies Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in office experience and clerical duties Demonstrated supervising experience with team management skills that motivate and develop staff effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with advanced spreadsheet skills for data analysis and reporting Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar financial software; experience with bookkeeping, budgeting, payroll is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette Experience handling vendor relationships and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of human resources practices including employee onboarding, training & development programs, and handling confidential information Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to excellence in office management!
