In this vital role, you will work hand in hand with the Director of Property Management in supporting the daily operations involving property management and maintenance towards our Commercial/Retail and Office properties. Duties Assist Director of Property Management and Maintenance Department as delegated, with some leasing requirements such as Welcome letters, Space and Key Deliveries upon Lease execution. Coordinate property maintenance requests and facilities management activities if required, whether Landlord or Tenant responsibilities to ensure timely resolution and tenant satisfaction Support leasing efforts through customer service Daily data entry, timely filing, and record keeping related to tenant files and other account matters Handle inquiries from tenants and applicants via phone and email with professional etiquette while providing excellent customer service Experience using and knowledgeable with Certificate Liability Insurances Excellent office skills towards data entry, filing, answering calls and documentations Demonstrate customer service skills with professional phone etiquette Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail • a must Come join our Aventura office and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional property management services to our many Commercial and Office Building Properties throughout Miami Dade and Broward and other central
