Office/Project Manager - Plumbing Construction Repipes Only is seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced Office/Project Manager to oversee daily office operations and plumbing projects. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish and have previous construction or remodeling experience.

Responsibilities:

Supervise plumbing projects from start to completion Communicate with customers, crews, and management Monitor job progress and help resolve issues Prepare estimates and price jobs accurately Manage materials and company inventory Collect payments from customers Coordinate job schedules and daily operations Provide excellent customer service Handle unexpected challenges and find effective solutions Ensure projects are completed properly and on schedule

Requirements:

Construction or remodeling experience is required Fluent in English and Spanish Strong communication and customer-service skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Proactive—able to recognize what needs to be done without constant direction Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Dependable, responsible, and punctual Able to supervise multiple projects and priorities at the same time Comfortable preparing estimates, pricing jobs, and collecting customer payments This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes initiative, communicates professionally, and can confidently manage both office responsibilities and active plumbing projects.
