Job Description

The Company Elite Care, Inc. provides behavioral health services intended to improve family functioning by clinically stabilizing the living arrangement, promoting reunification or preventing the utilization of out of home therapeutic venues (i.e. psychiatric hospital, psychiatric residential treatment facilities, or residential treatment services) for the identified youth. Services are delivered utilizing a team approach and are provided primarily to youth in their living arrangement and within the family system. Services promote a family-based focus in order to: Defuse the current behavioral health crisis, evaluate its nature and intervene to reduce the likelihood of a recurrence; Ensure linkages to needed psychiatric, psychological, medical, nursing, educational, and other community resources, including appropriate aftercare upon discharge (i.e. medication, outpatient appointments, etc.); and Improve the individual child's/adolescent's ability to self-recognize and self-manage behavioral health issues, as well as the parents'/responsible caregivers' capacity to care for their children. Job Responsibilities Conduct standard clerical tasks, including answering telephones, distributing mail, sending out mail, directing phone calls, typing and dictating. Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff. Recruit and select office staff. Design and implement filing systems. Ensure filing systems are maintained and current. Establish procedures and monitor record keeping. Ensure security and confidentiality of data. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory. Review and approve office supply acquisitions. Handle weekly units utilization. Monthly Medicaid checks. Keep up with client and personnel charts. Input authorization and extensions. Keep up with client authorizations. Scan in client information to Sharenote. Keep up with client monthly updates. Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to read and write proficiently in English. Proficiency in data entry skills. Must have good telephone, interpersonal, writing and organization skills. Must have knowledge and experience using computer with ability to produce spreadsheets and word processing software. Reliable transportation. Valid state Driver's license and current automobile insurance. Clear criminal background, abuse registry and sex offender registry check.
