This vital role combines administrative leadership with financial oversight, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate bookkeeping. You will be the backbone of our office, supporting staff and customers, & maintaining precise financial records to keep our business running efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, including answering phone calls, dealing with walk-in customers Handle bookkeeping responsibilities using QuickBooks to manage invoices, expenses, payroll, and financial reporting Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—ensuring easy access to documents and records Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries via phone, email, or in person with courtesy and clarity Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean, organized workspace Experience Proven experience in office management or administrative roles Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, filing, and proofreading tasks Interpersonal skills, interacting with customers in person, in email & over the phone

Pay:

$25.00 - $26.00 per hour
