Office Administrator Midwest Electric & Generator is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Office Administrator to join our growing team. This full-time position supports daily office operations by providing exceptional customer service, coordinating administrative tasks, and assisting multiple departments. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. If you have excellent communication skills, professional phone etiquette, and a positive attitude with a willingness to help others, we'd love to hear from you. Elk River, MN Responsibilities Primary duties include, but are not limited to: Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments Provide administrative support across multiple departments Maintain accurate customer and job information within CRM systems Follow up with customers and assist with light sales and service recommendations Schedule appointments and confirm upcoming service visits Utilize desktop computers, phone systems, headsets, laptops, iPads, and multiple software platforms to communicate with customers, create estimates, send invoices, and access job information Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional and confident phone etiquette Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks Comfortable learning and using multiple technology platforms Adaptable to change and eager to support team members Ability to pass a background check About Midwest Electric & Generator At Midwest Electric & Generator, we're committed to providing reliable backup power solutions that protect homes and businesses when they need them most.
