Job Description

Quality Fleet Services is looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Office Manager to help oversee daily office operations, HR-related functions, employee onboarding, documentation, and administrative support. This position plays an important role in keeping our team organized and ensuring employees, paperwork, and day-to-day operations are handled efficiently. Experience in transportation, trucking, logistics, roadside assistance, or fleet services is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Handle general HR and employee-related administrative duties Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including required paperwork and documentation Maintain accurate employee files and document retention Assist with recruiting, hiring documentation, and employee records Track and maintain company forms, policies, certifications, and other important documents Support transportation and logistics-related office operations as needed Communicate with employees, management, vendors, and other departments Help ensure deadlines, paperwork, and internal processes are completed accurately and on time Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and company information Assist with scheduling, reporting, filing, and general office administration Help resolve day-to-day employee and operational issues Be available for occasional calls or urgent matters outside of standard business hours when needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous office management, HR, administrative, or operations experience comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle confidential information professionally Strong computer skills and experience with email, Microsoft Office, document management, and similar systems Ability to work independently and take initiative Transportation, trucking, fleet, dispatch, or logistics experience is strongly preferred but not required
Schedule:
Monday through Friday - Standard Business Hours This position may require occasional availability outside of normal business hours by phone for urgent employee or operational needs.

Pay:
$20.00 - $28.82 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
