This role is ideal for someone who can multitask, communicate effectively, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities Project Management:
  • Plan, organize, and track project timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the company and clients throughout projects
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Prepare reports, budgets, and project updates
  • Identify issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track
Office Administration:
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
  • Communicate with Purchasing to order materials for projects. Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Project Manager, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals and regulatory statements Preferred Skills
  • Previous experience in Project Management (PM) strongly preferred
  • Experience in Corporate structure
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost tracking
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$75,000
  • $90,000 per year (based on experience)
