This role is ideal for someone who can multitask, communicate effectively, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities Project Management:
Plan, organize, and track project timelines and deliverables
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors
Serve as the main point of contact between the company and clients throughout projects
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
Prepare reports, budgets, and project updates
Identify issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track
Office Administration:
Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
Communicate with Purchasing to order materials for projects. Qualifications
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Project Manager, or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Excellent time-management skills
Ability to read and understand technical manuals and regulatory statements Preferred Skills
Previous experience in Project Management (PM) strongly preferred
Experience in Corporate structure
Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost tracking
