OFFICE MANAGER Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Office Manager to join our team in Islandia, New York. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, coordinating administrative functions, supporting leadership, and ensuring efficient communication and workflow across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing office operations in a fast-paced environment.   • $75,000 annually Full-time schedule Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Located in Islandia, NY Duties and Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and administrative staff Coordinate office procedures to improve efficiency and productivity Support management with scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Assist with onboarding, personnel documentation, and employee communications Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documents Ensure accurate recordkeeping and document management Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office events as needed Maintain a professional, organized, and efficient office environment Requirements and Qualifications Previous office management or administrative leadership experience required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred•(Salary range based on experience)•
