Office Manager Lexington Center for Recovery, Inc - 3.3 New Rochelle, NY Job Details Full-time $50,000 - $55,000 a year 23 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Flexible spending account Paid time off Employee assistance program Vision insurance Life insurance Retirement plan Qualifications Customer communication Teamwork Inventory management Medical scheduling Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Lexington Center for Recovery, the Hudson Valley's largest provider of outpatient and residential substance use disorder services, is seeking Full-Time Office Manager for our New Rochelle location. The Office Manager provides administrative and operational support to the Program Director and multidisciplinary team while overseeing daily front office operations. This position plays an important role in maintaining an organized, welcoming, and compliant environment that supports patient engagement and recovery-oriented services.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front desk operations, including telephone coverage, patient reception, and customer service. Provide administrative and clerical support to the Program Director and program staff. Maintain organized administrative records, forms, logs, files, and office systems. Monitor staff time and attendance records in accordance with agency procedures. Maintain adequate inventory of office and program supplies. Conduct monthly physical plant and office equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Assist with departmental purchasing, petty cash, banking, and other financial administrative functions. Follow LCR money-handling procedures and promptly report discrepancies. Support insurance verification processes, including Medicaid eligibility checks. Schedule appointments and assist with intakes, evaluations, referrals, and other patient access activities. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with EMR and chart management. Serve as a liaison between patients, clinical staff, and external providers to support continuity of care. Assist with coordination of laboratory services and related documentation. Support departmental policies, procedures, manuals, audits, and regulatory requirements. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and agency information in accordance with HIPAA and applicable regulations. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience required. Healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred. Experience working in an outpatient, substance use disorder, or treatment program setting preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system preferred. Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and multitasking skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Why Join Lexington Center for Recovery?
