This role is responsible for managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work aligns with project plans, safety standards, and client expectations. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential to facilitate effective communication with diverse teams and clients. The position requires strong leadership skills, construction project management expertise, and the ability to interpret and implement construction plans efficiently. Duties Lead and manage commercial roofing projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. Oversee construction project management activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. Review and interpret construction plans to ensure accurate execution of roofing installations and repairs. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows. Monitor safety protocols on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Conduct site inspections to assess progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with specifications. Prepare and review project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and safety records. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity across roofing projects. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to liaise with diverse stakeholders. Skills Proven experience in construction project management within the commercial roofing industry. Strong understanding of construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for effective communication.
