This key role focuses heavily on office operations, caseload coordination, and navigating Early Intervention (EI) and CPSE frameworks to support our clinicians and families.

Key Responsibilities Office & Practice Operations:

Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, manage intakes, scheduling, waitlists, billing workflows, and maintain a welcoming, HIPAA-compliant office environment.

EI & CPSE

Coordination:

Serve as the primary contact for Early Intervention service coordinators and school districts. Manage EI/CPSE referrals, provider availability, authorizations, and time-sensitive documentation.

Caseload Management:

Coordinate clinician schedules, track client assignments, and optimize therapist availability.

Qualifications Required:

Prior office management, practice management, or healthcare administration experience.

Strongly Preferred:

Deep familiarity with New York State Early Intervention (EI) and CPSE procedures, terminology, and scheduling.

Skills:

Strong family-centered communication, exceptional multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting, and proficiency with cloud-based scheduling and office software.
