The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, team-focused, and highly knowledgeable in long-term-care billing processes. Requirements Previous nursing home / SNF billing experience Strong understanding of business office operations Working knowledge of SNF metrics preferred but not required, Medicaid/Medicare billing cycles, managed care , and related processes PCC (PointClickCare) experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently while supporting facility-wide goals Responsibilities Manage A/R , billing and Medicaid application processes. Follow up on denials, outstanding claims, and payment discrepancies Collaborate with BO staff, admissions, MDS, and administration for accurate resident financials Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate trends or concerns Support daily operations of the Business Office as needed Compensation & Benefits Salaried position Health insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays off
