In this role, you will provide support to our management, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include billing and data entry, answering phone calls, coordinating contracts, scheduling appointments, scheduling meetings, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. The ideal candidate would be able to help us in creating this role, and there is the possibility for bonuses, profit-sharing, and even an equity stake in the business for the right candidate. Being a self-starter and having the ability to work on your own is a must. We are flexible on hours and the ability to work from home after a sort ramp-up period. Responsibilities Operate billing software and coordinate customer contracts Some human resources responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately Contribute to company reports Maintain an organized filing system Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures Qualifications High school diploma/GED required, Associate's degree or administrative training is preferred Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position Experience with Jobber or other billing software preferred, but not required. Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects Flexible work from home options available.
