Description:

The Overnight Manager is responsible for managing the night audit team and activities at the resort and completing the night audit. Previous experience is required.

Must be able to perform all agent functions, including the Night Audit

  • runs nightly reports and resets the system.

Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English and prepare complex reports of room availability and revenue generated.

Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Provide hands-on support during peak business times.

Must be able to effectively deal with internal & external guests, some of whom require patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect factual information, and resolve conflict.

Completes a daily MOD Report to communicate guest opportunities and other information

Completes accident/incident reports as necessary

Assist in projects and other duties as directed by the Director of Guest Experience, Assistaint Director of Guest Experience, and/or the Director of Operations

  • Rooms.

Managed front desk activity and handled guest check-ins and check-outs

Preparing welcome guest packets and VIP reports

Prepares daily internal communications

Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

Working Conditions:

Must be able to work during the overnight shift

Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat);

Must be able to sit for long periods

Must be able to twist, bend, and squat frequently; kneel or crawl occasionally; infrequently climb a ladder.

Must frequently perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements.
