This position provides administrative and clerical support for the agency, including greeting clients, answering calls, entering data, conducting criminal record checks, maintaining logs, and preparing reports. The role also involves managing files, office supplies, and routine tasks. The ideal candidate must communicate professionally, exercise good judgment, maintain confidentiality, and follow policies.

Director of NRCC&PS Work Hours:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., totaling approximately 29 hours per week, with possible evening hours.
Hourly Rate:
$13 to $22 and is commensurate with education and experience.
Education & Experience:
Applicants must pass VCIN certification training. They should possess a strong educational background and relevant experience; a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, psychology, or a related field is preferred. Experience with Tyler/Munis, OGMS, grant management, and supervisory roles is also desirable. Excellent communication, public speaking, and computer skills are essential. Experience in case management, counseling, or criminal justice is beneficial; however, a combination of education and experience will also be considered.
