This vital role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment, supporting daily administrative functions, processing accounts payable / accounts receivable, payroll, banking, filing quarterly taxes and fostering a positive workplace atmosphere. Other duties may be assigned upon need. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail
orientated and possess excellent communication skills to handle a variety of responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Duties:
Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties, multi
line phone systems and greeting visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Coordinate event planning activities for company meetings, trainings and special functions to foster team engagement Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records and assisting with payroll processing Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, manage filing systems (both physical & digital) and ensure compliance with organizational policies
Skills:
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills
Excellent communication skills
both verbal and written to interact effectively across teams and with external partners Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail in scheduling, filing and record keeping Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for invoicing and payroll processing Skilled in event planning and coordinating logistics for meetings or company functions
Proficiency in using multi
