Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH), located in Gravette, Arkansas, has an opening for an Administrative Assistant within our Administration Department.
Our Mission:
Ozarks Community Hospital and clinics are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare and preventive services to all patients in an atmosphere of compassion, respect, and dignity, with a commitment to care for the underserved and to improve access to care. The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the laboratory and patient financial services functions. This position is responsible for assisting with laboratory patient accounts, optimizing billing workflows, supporting insurance and denial follow-up processes, answering patient billing inquiries, and performing general administrative duties. The role serves as a liaison between the laboratory, patient financial services, and patients to help ensure accurate and timely account processing and excellent customer service.

Requirements:
