Type:

full-time Next Phase Enterprises is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Project Manager to help power our growth. In this role, you'll be the connective tissue between our Sales Team, internal departments, and external customers and vendors - keeping products moving efficiently from concept to shelf. What You'll Do Support Sales Success Prepare Sales team members for buyer meetings, sales appointments, presentations, and follow-up Help keep the sales team organized, on task, and positioned to reach their goals Support the team in reaching authorization stage with partners and customers Lead Product & Program Launches Guide products through the full lifecycle, from ideation through launch, including item set up within internal and external systems Build and manage timelines and checklists in partnership with internal and external stakeholders Coordinate cross-department, customer, and supplier relationships to ensure successful execution Track multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and budget targets Collaborate Across Teams Ensure a smooth hand-off of programs to the Logistics team Communicate clearly and proactively with colleagues, vendors, and partners Bring strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to an ever-changing landscape What You'll Bring Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong mathematical aptitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and a strong work ethic Comfort working independently while building trust and rapport across teams

Education & Experience Required:

High school diploma or

GED Preferred:

Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing. Experience in data entry, client/account management, and project/event management. Self-directed, driven, ambitious, and enthusiastic. 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred. Familiarity with Asana and other task management tools.
