POSITION SUMMARY
The Material Administrator assists the Assistant PMC Manager to handle operational tasks, including handling
SAP PP & MM
module related transactions; confirming daily finished products against output; inputting activity time of production orders; performing goods receipt of incoming items and posting into inventory and printing delivery notes and packing lists. He/she also utilizes operational data to prepare Plant Performance Report and manages filing of shipping documents. Handle daily SAP system entries (65%). Perform daily order confirmation, goods issue, goods receiving, inter-company transactions (20%). Assist in preparing various plant performance report data (15%).
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each major responsibility satisfactorily. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. Ability to write simple correspondence in English. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
