• Manage and maintain accurate patient therapy schedules.
• Create, update, and format detailed data reports.
• Organize and track department documentation and files.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and families.
• Assist clinical staff with daily administrative operations.
• Assist therapist with rx as necessary Required Qualifications

Organization:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excel:

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Reporting:

Direct experience creating detailed data reports.

Service:

Proven background in customer service roles. Preferred Qualifications

Scheduling:
