Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a productive and highly organized House Manager and Assistant to oversee the smooth operation of a private residence. This role combines household management, personal assistance, and logistics coordination to ensure an exceptional living environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and possess a passion for maintaining high standards of household excellence. You will be instrumental in managing daily routines, supervising household staff, coordinating schedules, and supporting the personal needs of the residents with enthusiasm and professionalism. You are super organized, a Type A person with a go-getter attitude. Duties Oversee all aspects of household operations, maintain organizational systems and operations, light housekeeping, housekeeping management, laundry, and household supplies inventory Coordinate and supervise household staff such as housekeepers, chefs, and childcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery Manage scheduling for household activities, appointments, events, and travel arrangements with precision and efficiency Support logistics, including Medical (vaccines, dentist, etc.), School enrollment and coordination, Extracurricular activities, Childcare coordination, therapy, and behavioral research Handle personal assistance tasks such as calendar management, correspondence organization, and confidential information handling Drive residents as needed for errands, appointments, or leisure activities while maintaining safety standards Support childcare responsibilities by supervising children's activities and ensuring their needs are met in a nurturing environment Experience Highly organized, motivated professional with a proactive, results-driven approach to client service, operations, and project coordination. Known for managing competing priorities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and follow-through Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion with integrity Proven experience in household management within a private residence setting Prior experience as a personal assistant or in administrative roles demonstrating excellent organizational skills Supervisory experience managing household staff with a focus on training, scheduling, and performance oversight Familiarity with property management tasks such as maintenance coordination and vendor relations Valid driving license with clean driving record; experience in driving duties preferred This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a vibrant private residence where your organizational prowess and proactive approach will shine. Pay:
