Job Description

Company Description Wilson Tax Law Group, APLC is a specialized tax law firm based in Orange County, California, representing individuals and businesses in complex civil and criminal tax matters involving federal and state tax authorities. Our practice includes tax audits, administrative appeals, collections, litigation, international tax compliance, offshore banking matters, and FBAR-related issues. The firm provides a professional, fast-paced work environment that values accuracy, confidentiality, responsiveness, teamwork, and exceptional client service. Role Description Wilson Tax Law Group is seeking a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant for our Yorba Linda office. This position provides administrative and clerical support to attorneys, firm leadership, and other team members while also serving as an important point of contact for clients and visitors. Responsibilities include answering and routing telephone calls, greeting clients and visitors, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. The Administrative Assistant will also assist with preparing and organizing legal and tax-related documents, maintaining electronic and physical files, entering and updating information in the firm's case management system, and performing general administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, and assembling client materials. Additional responsibilities include assisting with basic correspondence, preparing meeting and conference rooms, maintaining office supplies, helping ensure files and administrative records remain organized and current, and performing other administrative duties as needed to support the efficient operation of the firm. This position requires discretion, professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Strong administrative and clerical skills, including document preparation, scanning, filing, data entry, and office organization. Professional telephone etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, scheduling, calendar management, and time-management skills. High attention to detail and the ability to accurately manage multiple assignments and deadlines. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential client and firm information with discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word, and the ability to learn case management and other office software. Ability to work effectively in a professional, fast-paced legal environment and provide support to multiple attorneys and team members. Previous experience in a law firm, accounting firm, or other professional services environment is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional coursework or certification in office administration, legal studies, or paralegal studies is a plus.
Pay:
$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
