Job Description

Job Benefits:
  • Full time: Monday - Friday 8:30a -3:30p
Wage:
$20.50/hr during 90-day introductory period, then 21.00/hr
  • Medical Coverage (90% employee / 80% dependents)

Job Overview:
Seeking an individual with administrative/office experience to work at a day program for adults with disabilities in New Castle, Delaware. Individual must be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a non-traditional employment environment.
Essential Duties:
  • Provide office support to multiple departments (Operations, Program, Nursing, Business Development, and Human Resources) in the form of calls, faxes, emails, copies, filing, and monitoring door-buzz entry.
  • Prepare and process mail and invoices for payment.
  • Assist with tracking and reporting on donations.
  • Assist with compliance by updating manuals, scheduling inspections, maintaining contact lists.
  • Interact with vendors, agencies and public to answer questions.
  • Order supplies for program and oversees office equipment maintenance.
Job Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Two years' experience of varied and progressive administrative/office responsibilities.
  • Familiar with and competent in using Adobe Pro and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel platforms.
  • Pass 5-panel drug test, PPD (TB) test, criminal background check, Medicaid fraud check, and adult/child abuse registry checks.
