The company supports homeowners' associations and boards with administrative, financial, and operational assistance. Team members work closely with residents and community stakeholders to ensure efficient communication, responsive service, and timely resolution of issues. The organization values reliability, professionalism, and strong customer service in all aspects of community management. Role Description This is a part-time, Administrative Assistant role located in Port St Lucie, FL. Approximately 20 hours a week, The Administrative Assistant will support daily office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to resident inquiries. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing documents, maintaining files and records, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with correspondence such as emails, letters, and notices. The role also involves data entry, updating community information, supporting executive and management staff with administrative tasks, and coordinating with vendors or service providers as needed. The Administrative Assistant will help ensure the office runs smoothly, providing courteous and professional service to residents and colleagues. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and calendar management. Candidates should possess solid Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, vendors, and internal staff. Candidates should possess experience or aptitude in Executive Administrative Assistance, supporting managers or board members with scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up. Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn property management or office software. Relevant qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a community-focused environment.
