Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Garner, IA. This position supports daily office operations by handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing correspondence. Responsibilities include maintaining records and files, preparing basic reports, and assisting with data entry and document management. The Administrative Assistant collaborates with team members across the company to ensure efficient workflow and a professional, organized office environment. Qualifications Strong general Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including filing, document preparation, and data entry. Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office or similar tools) and basic computer literacy. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Comfort working on-site in a manufacturing-related environment and collaborating with technical and operations teams. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or education in office administration is a plus. Prior experience in an administrative or office support role preferred; experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is beneficial.
