Monday-Friday Position Summary Com-Pac International is seeking a reliable, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager and is responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming front office while providing general administrative support as needed. We are looking for someone who is dependable, friendly, detail-oriented, and willing to help wherever needed. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with employees, visitors, vendors, customers, and applicants in a professional manufacturing environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, vendors, customers, applicants, and employees in a friendly and professional manner. Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls to the appropriate person or department. Monitor the front entrance and follow established visitor and security procedures. Maintain visitor sign-in records and assist with visitor identification procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. Prepare outgoing mail and packages as needed. Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, copying, printing, and data entry. Assist with preparing correspondence, forms, documents, and other office materials. Maintain organized electronic and physical records. Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings when requested. Communicate information to appropriate departments and employees. Order and maintain office supplies as directed. Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Manager and other departments when needed. Maintain confidentiality regarding employee, company, customer, and business information. Complete other administrative and receptionist duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous receptionist, administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred. Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability. Professional and friendly demeanor. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the workday. Ability to work independently and follow through on assigned responsibilities. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general office technology. Ability to learn company software, procedures, and office systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
