We offer a wide variety of products including windows, doors, millwork and cabinetry to both commercial and retail customers. We've been in business for over 65 years and currently have two large showrooms located in Fenton, MO and Shiloh, IL.

Full-Time Position:

Wilke Window & Door in Shiloh, IL, is currently seeking a highly organized Service Coordinator to work in a fast-paced work environment approximately 40 hours per week Monday through Friday.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:45 pm The Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining customer database, fielding customer inquiries, and assisting service/sales staff and management with various duties. Must have advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office, Internet research, and email. Must be able to type 50 wpm. Excellent customer service skills a must.

Responsibilities:

Answer telephones and schedule appointments.
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, scanning, mailing, emailing, and filing.
Some light payroll and billing duties.
Assist Service/Sales Staff with various tasks.
Handle customer challenges following established guidelines.
Deliver excellent customer service which includes responding to customer inquiries in a polite, friendly, and tactful manner.

Requirements:

High School Diploma, Associate's Degree preferred.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.
Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) as well as experience using and maintaining a customer database.
Knowledge and experience with the use of proper telephone protocol.
Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills.
Must have the ability to type 50 wpm.
Working knowledge of building material products and nomenclature a definite plus.
