• Full-time The person who keeps things moving Every department needs someone who can juggle a dozen moving pieces without dropping one — the person who has the report ready before it's due, knows exactly which system to check, and makes the office run like it's easy. That's this job. You'll be the administrative backbone for your department, keeping communication sharp, records accurate, and deadlines met. What you'll do Support the department. Handle correspondence, information requests, statistical reports, and the day-to-day clerical work that keeps things on track — mail, scheduling, visitors, conference calls, travel arrangements. Own the deliverables. Track every contract deliverable, request, and report so nothing slips past its deadline. Draft and proof correspondence that represents the Center well to Corporate, DOL, and outside partners. Master the systems. Work fluently across Job Corps and company platforms (CIS, OA, CTS, CSSR, SMR, ABRA, MAS200, FMS, eRequester, School Dude) and stay current on PRH, JC Program Instructions, and directives. Tell the Center's story. Pull together the weekly newsletter — chasing down articles and highlights from staff — and turn meeting notes into clean, distributed minutes. Protect the data. Keep every record accurate and confidential, with zero manipulation, zero shortcuts. Model the standard. Live the Career Success Standards and treat every student with respect and accountability.
