The successful candidate will ensure a smooth and efficient workplace by coordinating administrative activities, managing office resources, marketing and client intake. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and documentation.
Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating office events.
Support management with reports, correspondence, and special projects.
Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
Assist with marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, community outreach, and promotional activities.
Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities to attract and engage prospective clients.
Manage the intake process for new clients, including responding to inquiries, gathering required information, scheduling consultations, and maintaining accurate client records.
Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Track and report on marketing activities, client inquiries, and conversion metrics. Additional Requirements
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Ability to travel locally as needed, including trips up to one hour from the primary office location, to support clients, attend events, and assist with business operations. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent;
Previous experience in office administration, coordination, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
