The Restoracy of Whitestown is a progressive new skilled nursing and rehabilitation company that just opened in 2020. We are located in the Whitestown/Zionsville area. We offer a new approach to long term care where care is delivered in six separate homes, each with twelve residents. We are looking for an administrative assistant to help in our office.
Responsibilities would include:
Front Desk / Customer Service Answer incoming calls promptly, route calls to appropriate staff, and place calls on behalf of office staff as requested. Welcome and greet visitors professionally upon arrival and provide appropriate directions/assistance. New Hire Administrative Support Assist with administrative steps for new hires (e.g., preparing packets and coordinating access items such as logins and key cards) as directed.
Supplies / Orders
/ Receiving Assemble supply orders for review and forward to the Executive Director for approval, and assist with ordering, receiving, and checking in supplies per policy. Transportation Coordination Schedule and monitor transportation needs as assigned and communicate relevant details to appropriate staff. Mail Handling Open, sort, separate, and distribute mail neatly and accurately in a timely manner. Additional Clerical Support Perform faxing, transcribing, filing, and other clerical tasks as assigned, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
