Provide customer service, assisting customers in person and over the phone Answer phone calls and troubleshooting Entering data into computer system Handling payments Filing documents
Qualifications and Requirements :
Previous experience in administrative assistance , office clerk, or front counter role is required Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel) Customer service experience with phone etiquette is required Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening , including a drug and background check
