Massachusetts Department of Corrections Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week Pay rate: $61,000/annually

Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment nationwide The Program Administrator is responsible for: Supervising the implementation and delivery of program and case management services within the designated sites, facilities and modalities. Ensuring program services are delivered in accordance with evidence- based and Spectrum's best practices; ensures service elements foster an atmosphere of customer service and excellence in service delivery Checking that all program staff is highly trained and proficient in the delivery of the service elements. Working the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week which may include evening and weekend programming.
Qualifications Qualifications:
BA/MA or 3 years equivalent experience in criminal justice, human services, education or closely related field required DOC experience and/or Alcohol/ Drug certification preferred Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in counseling preferred Minimum of three years of experience in a substance use, mental health, or other related behavioral health program required Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff and regulatory agencies
