Work Days:

Monday-Fridays and weekends off! Responsibilities Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using professional phone etiquette. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, and specialized software like QuickBooks. Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Organize and coordinate calendar management for executives or team members, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision. Prepare, proofread, and format documents such as reports, correspondence, and presentations with high attention to detail. Maintain filing systems—both physical and digital—and ensure all documents are organized for easy retrieval. Provide exceptional customer service by supporting client communication, addressing inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Proven clerical experience with strong office management skills in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with excellent typing and computer literacy skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively. Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette.
