Job Responsibilities Assist the manager with daily tasks. Field client calls. Record service issues reported by installers. Provide excellent customer service. Read blueprints for jobs. Job Requirements General office duties and working knowledge of computers. Customer oriented, friendly, and enthusiastic. Reliable, punctual with good work ethic. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong personal organization skills. Ability to work well with people.
