About us We are professional small business that provides financial and investment planning for families, individuals, businesses and trusts. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our professional office team in a part-time role. This position is ideal for an experienced administrative professional looking for a consistent part-time weekday schedule in a client-focused environment. Schedule 20-25 hours per week Monday-Friday No nights or weekends Responsibilities Provide administrative support Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments Prepare correspondence, reports, and client documents Maintain accurate documentation for client database and records Handle confidential information in compliance with federal privacy laws Answer and direct phone calls professionally Greet clients and maintain front reception area Assist with mail, deliveries, and daily Post Office duties Qualifications Previous experience in banking or finance and strong administrative background required Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Detail-oriented with strong accuracy skills Ability to work independently on a variety of projects Comfortable learning new technology Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills Requirements Must pass required federal fingerprinting and background check This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected, and established financial services office in a flexible part-time role.
