Job Description

Automotive Office Coordinator Position Northside Auto —

Calumet, MI Starting Pay:

$20-$22/hour Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Northside Auto is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated front office person to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and taking initiative, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do You'll be an important part of keeping our shop and front office running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and helping customers with a friendly, professional attitude Answering phones and assisting customers with questions Creating invoices and estimates Scheduling customer appointments and vehicle services Taking customer payments Ordering parts and coordinating with suppliers Organizing and filing paperwork Assisting with payroll Keeping the front office and customer areas clean and organized Light cleaning and organizing of shop supplies Helping care for the exterior of the shop, including watering plants and keeping things looking nice Pitching in wherever needed and taking on other duties as assigned

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Enjoys working with people and providing great customer service Has a friendly, positive, go-getter personality Is dependable, organized, and able to multitask Is comfortable answering phones and communicating with customers Takes initiative and doesn't mind jumping in to get things done Is willing to learn and become part of a team Previous automotive or office experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important What We Offer $20-$22/hour starting pay , based on experience Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Paid major holidays Friday lunches Annual bonus A friendly, team-oriented work environment If you're someone who likes staying busy, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in doing a job well, we'd love to meet you!
