This is our largest office, out of 5, so we need someone who is a self-starter, knows how to multitask, doesn't shy away from working with the public, and has great attention to detail.

• Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:45am - 5:15pm (and possibly one "late-night" per week).
• Please do not call our office(s) to follow-up on resumes. Qualified candidates will be contacted for interviews.
• Responsibilities and Duties Answering phones Routing calls to specific people Greeting customers Scheduling appointments Taking payments Data entry Assisting clients with various forms Making copies for clients & attorneys Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills Previous customer service experience is a plus.
