Mishawaka, Indiana Hourly pay $19-$22/hr Position SummaryOur client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support Quality Verification activities within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for tracking and maintaining documentation throughout established approval processes, ensuring records are accurate, organized, and completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while supporting a fast-paced team. ResponsibilitiesTrack, organize, and maintain documentation throughout the approval and verification processUpdate Excel spreadsheets, logs, and reports to monitor document status and workflow progressRoute documents to appropriate team members and obtain required approvals and signaturesProvide administrative support including filing, scanning, record management, and scheduling assistanceAssist in preparing materials for internal reviews, meetings, and presentationsMaintain electronic and physical records in accordance with department proceduresSupport special projects and additional administrative tasks as assignedCommunicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of documentation and workflow requirementsKnowledge and SkillsHigh School Diploma or GED required0-2 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferredEntry-level candidates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to applyProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and WordExperience with SharePoint is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to follow established procedures and maintain document control processesAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and accuracyPhysical RequirementsRegularly use a computer and read detailed reports, documents, and spreadsheetsAbility to maintain visual focus and accurately review documentationAbility to communicate effectively in person and by phoneMust be able to hear and understand verbal instructions and workplace communicationsWork EnvironmentPosition operates in both office and manufacturing plant environmentsMay be assigned to specific shifts or working hours based on business needsExposure to varying conditions including temperature fluctuations, manufacturing equipment, and intermittent loud noiseRequires close attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accuratelyAbility to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentMust follow established procedures and safety requirements at all timesStrong concentration and focus are required to ensure accuracy and quality of workTravel RequirementsNo travel requiredWhy Apply?
