ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Making phone calls, answering and directing phone calls Taking and distributing messages Organizing and scheduling appointments Organizing and coordinating meetings Reviewing files and records to answer requests for information Preparing, proofing and distributing documents and correspondence Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail Maintaining filing systems Photocopying, scanning and faxing Sending emails Monitoring and ordering inventory of office supplies Keeping office area neat and tidy Acquire computer/technology competencies as appropriate to position. Maintain security of personal computer access. Perform other professional or job-related duties as assigned. Serve on college committees as directed by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS
Education/Skills/Experience:
Depending on the position a high school diploma, Associate's Degree and/or Bachelor's Degree may be required.
