Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Program Secretary to join our educational team. Seacoast Learning Collaborative is a special education, therapeutic day school, serving students with a variety of educational disabilities. This role involves providing administrative support to all programs and team members, ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will excel in office management, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to handling a variety of clerical and customer service tasks.

Associates degree Reception/customer service Telephone communication Data entry and bookkeeping Organization and record management Microsoft Office/word processing and general computer skills Fluent in excel Primary Responsibilities Collaborate with administrative staff, educational staff, and Co-Directors to facilitate effective communication among program personnel, parents/guardians, school district personnel, representatives of other agencies, and business organizations, as appropriate. Develop, organize, and maintain both electronic and paper files to ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with agency requirements. Serve as the agency's primary receptionist, greeting visitors, answering telephone calls, and directing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Work cooperatively with staff across all SLC offices and programs to support agency operations and promote teamwork. Assist the Co-Directors with special projects and administrative assignments as needed. Support the Business Administrator with bookkeeping, data entry, and other financial administrative duties as assigned. Partner with the Business Administrator to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal controls related to purchasing and Accounts Payable processes.

Co Directors Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
