Job Description

Selections Administrative Assistant Position Summary The Selections Administrative Assistant will support the Design Team on residential new home construction projects. Primary responsibilities include assisting the Selections Specialists in collecting, organizing, and maintaining finish specification package information from initial client consultation through project completion. Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting with drafting and reviewing contracts
Performing plan takeoffs and supporting the pricing process
Communicating professionally with vendors and subcontractors
Researching and sourcing products to meet design and budget requirements
Supporting the development and implementation of standard operating procedures
Maintaining organized digital and physical project files including data entry Ideal Candidate Will Have
Knowledge of, or genuine interest in learning about, residential high-performance construction
Experience in interior design, kitchen design, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with CAD programs, or demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly Attributes of Success
Positive, collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to complete work accurately, both independently and as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
